There are no better love stories than the ones that incorporate some sort of magic or unexpected turn of events. Every couple has their own story to tell and most people are interested in knowing how the relationship unfolds. As much as we love to hear about celebrity couples, the story is usually the same. The two stars usually meet through work or through mutual celebrity friends, begin a love affair traveling to exotic countries and going on expensive dates, and end up marrying within a matter of months. However, we can also (usually) predict how the story ends. Despite this, some celebrities have a different story to tell. Sometimes A-list celebrities find their Z-list partners, but in a few cases, some fell in love with their biggest fans! There is hope for us all!

To most, the thought of marrying our celebrity crush is a distant dream. But our faith in miracles has been restored given the few lucky people who did manage to do this.

Back in 2004, while filming for Fantastic Four and at the height of her career, Jessica met Cash. Cash Warren was working on the set as a production assistant. He managed to woo the celebrity “hottie” and the pair married four years later. They have two daughters together.

While Alice Kim was working as a waitress at the Los Angeles restaurant Kabuki, she was over the moon to see her celebrity crush, Nicolas Cage, walk in, and asked for his autograph.

After becoming a regular customer, the two hit it off and two months later were married. They married quickly so that Kim could travel to South Africa to support Nicolas’s film Lord of War, but in 2016 they divorced after 11 years together. They share a son, Kal-El.

A dream certainly came true for this fan. Having appeared on the second season of American Idol, Ruben won the hearts of many females with his voice.

Jackie was a great admirer of Sandler’s work and through a mutual friend, Rob Schneider, the two met. She was given the chance to play alongside Adam in Big Daddy acting as a waitress who took an order from Adam’s character in the sports bar.

After dating for one year, Titone converted to Judaism, and in 2003, the couple tied the knot. Together they have had two children, Sadie and Sunny, and Titone has starred in many of Sandler’s films including Little Nicky and Grown Ups.

Damon was in Miami filming Stuck On You. It was love at first sight and the couple married in 2005. Since, they have had four children together and are still going strong, proving the dream can come alive for anyone.

Actor-turned-jewelry designer Adam Shulman had always had a crush on actress Anne Hathaway but chose not to ask her out as he assumed she was already dating someone, but fortunately, she wasn’t.

Meeting through a friend at the Palm Springs Film Festival, it became clear that the feelings were not just one-sided. Anne revealed to a friend, “I’m going to marry that man.” Anne asked Shulman on a trip six weeks after meeting, which was a success. They married in 2012 and welcomed a son, Jonathan, in April 2016.

Before the pair even met, Wiz Khalifa was crushing hard on the model. When asked who his ideal girl would be in an interview, he simply replied “Amber Rose.”

This is not a smooth love story. Actress Samira Wiley and writer Lauren Morelli were both working on Orange is the New Black when their flirtation began.

Samira was a major fan of Lauren’s writing, and Lauren, who was married to a man at the time, immediately had a crush when watching the actress’s audition tape. Eventually, the crush moved to dating and Morelli divorced from her husband of two years. In 2017 the new couple got married in California.
